Scheduling / Cancellation Policy
At The Do Cut and Color a credit card is required to schedule your appointment and hold that time with the stylist. We understand life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel.
We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment. This allows the stylist an opportunity to fill that open time.
If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If an appointment is not attended, 50% of the missed service will be posted to the account.
A no-show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment.
